On the 7th of April as part of the University Days in Komárno, at the Faculty of Teacher Training at János Selye University we held a methodical workshop about team dynamics for student teachers.
We talked about the delights and the difficulties of the teachers’ profession, as well as which qualities a good teacher should have. With the help of a playful exercise we had our own experience about the stages of the forming of a team. We had a discussion about what makes it difficult to co-operate, and what is helping it.
